Aya de Jager tries to let her psychotic experiences flow into words for the healing of thoughts and feelings. Soon we can expect a booklet with poems and illustrations from her.
It will be a reading experience in the form of a journey. A journey of words, nature and wholeness. Read along, a taste that moves:
Always find your own truth,
No matter what people tell you
You have intuition
No matter what you experience
Find your truth in what gives you..
Find peace within to broaden
Find love for your search for wholeness
Healing is who you are in every form
You are beautifull no matter what you experience
It is spring now, and the flowers flourish
Around me I hear the waters
Not always balanced I am
Yet I am beautiful, and I must be
Feeling blessed and my eyes are teary
Feeling my reality can be scattered, yet we are together, and yet, we are different human beings
A bit confused I am, and still longing to create
And I know, more than alright,
I am in this wild experience.
Aya de Jager studied psychology and is currently studying yoga philosophy at Embodied Philosophy. She finds form in spirituality, filling her life with wisdom from the East and from South America. Her life has been filled with dark and light, through this way she finds healing for her psychoses.
